ACCOMMODATION
As was highlighted in the 'Climate' information section of this site : Australia's vast size results in quite dramatic variations
due to climatic zones. In accordance with these variations, accommodation tends to vary greatly from region to region. Beautiful
wooden houses and modern apartments with verandas or high ceilings tend to dominate in the north as they are perfect for tropical
days and balmy evenings. Southern states have embraced architecture and materials which suit the hot summer days and chilly winter
nights experienced in these areas. Houses and apartments, relative to age, are generally designed in versatile stone or brick with

as the architecture. However, this section has been designed to provide
viewers with a very general indication of the range available. Examples
