Associates from the 'body shop' mentality that often accompanies other ICT Recruitment Agencies. One of the purposes for
opening the Australian Office was to maintain relationships developed with Australian Contractors, who

worked through our London office and wished to remain with us, upon their return to Australia. Many of our Contractors
have been with Scott Merrick Associates since its early beginnings. Our goal is to ensure that our Contractors, and our
staff, feel that they are an important and integral part of Scott Merrick Associates. We achieve this by maintaining
regular contact, interaction and socialising with individuals and their families.
