As aforementioned, Lynnford is the Managing Director for Scott Merrick Associates Pty. Ltd. Aside from his duties as Managing Director, Lynnford is also the Senior ICT Recruitment Consultant. Lynnford enjoys working in this fluid, ever-changing, and lively industry. He particularly enjoys the challenges and unpredictability that this industry affords.

Lynnford lives in Brisbane with his wife Cassarndra and three children. When Lynnford is not at work he enjoys playing competition Squash, Wake Boarding, Slalom Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Snow Skiing and Trail Bike riding. He also has a keen interest in any form of motor sport.
